2. Commitment to OECD Standards

Golden Touch 1127 formally adopts the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas. We commit to identifying and mitigating risks as outlined in Annex II of the Guidance, including:

  • Serious abuses associated with the sourcing, transport, or trade of minerals.
  • Direct or indirect support to non-state armed groups.
  • Public or private security forces that illegally control mine sites or transportation routes.
  • Bribery and fraudulent misrepresentation of the origin of minerals.
  • Money laundering and non-payment of taxes/royalties to the government.

Golden Touch 1127 operates under the legal framework of the CVM (Corporación Venezolana de Minería). While specific production data is classified by national law, all sourcing undergoes 3rd-party auditing in alignment with OECD Annex II. Our commitment to transparency is demonstrated through our adherence to internationally recognized due diligence standards, regular third-party audits, and our public Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy.
