Golden Touch 1127 is a Venezuelan company specialized in the commercialization of critical minerals under international standards of traceability and compliance.
We operate in the Arco Minero del Orinoco (AMO) with a team of more than 80 professionals specialized in field operations, logistics, regulatory compliance and international trade.
Our mission is to connect Venezuela’s mineral resources with international markets under the highest standards of transparency and responsibility.
We do not exist solely to serve commercial interests: we measure our success by the contribution we make to building a safer, fairer and more sustainable mining sector through minerals produced and traded responsibly.
We have PureTracer, a blockchain traceability system that we use internally to guarantee the complete chain of custody from source to export.
Every mineral lot traded by Dioconi has an immutable record, verifiable by independent auditors and authorized buyers.
We work to achieve formal certification under the RMAP and RMI frameworks, while already today applying the OECD due diligence guidance across all our processes.
The transition to a low-carbon economy will be metal-intensive. We firmly believe that, when produced responsibly, critical minerals can be transformative: they enable social progress, infrastructure, employment and services for host communities. Our commitment is to maximize those benefits and minimize any impact on people or the planet.

Our History
Golden Touch 1127 was born from the conviction that Venezuela has a strategic role in the global critical-minerals chain, but only if its production can be demonstrably traceable, formal and responsible.
We came together as a collective to solve challenges common to the industry and the country. Collaboration is not always simple, but it is in our nature to seek consensus that produces the best outcomes for the people and environment of the Arco Minero del Orinoco.
Where it all began
Golden Touch 1127 was established as a response to a key question for the Venezuelan sector: how can critical-minerals mining grow while contributing to sustainable development and at the same time meeting the international standards demanded by responsible buyers? Our model emerged from that question: formal trade, lot-level traceability and OECD-aligned due diligence.
